Accounts & Registration

All visitors have to register and login for placing orders on the site. You have to keep your account and registration details correct for communications related to your purchases from the site. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the customer agrees to receive promotional communication and newsletter upon registration. The customer can opt out by contacting the customer service.

Shipping & Delivery

Once the order is placed, we will call you and confirm your ordered products and we shall arrange to dispatch the product within 24 hrs from the order. Fixed Shipping charges Rs. 75 will be charged on confirmed orders. Orders above Rs. 1999 is liable for free delivery. CASH ON DELIVERY is available. COD charges are applicable extra at actual.

Refund & Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our main objective.  If you are not satisfied with Quality or Freshness of the product, you can return within 7 days.  Product value except shipping cost will be credited to your account through NEFT, RTGS or any other UPI gateway. There is different time period for refund procedures which will be executed by payment portal or your bank, within 7 working days it will reflect in your account. The transaction fees will be applicable to you.

Tracking your Order

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link on their registered mobile number and email address from which customer will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Any dispute or difference either in interpretation or otherwise, of any terms of this User Agreement between the parties hereto, the same shall be referred to an independent arbitrator who will be appointed by NP and his decision shall be final and binding on the parties hereto. The above arbitration shall be in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. The arbitration shall be held in Sawantwadi, Maharashtra. The High Court of judicature at Sindhudurga alone shall have the jurisdiction and the Laws of India shall apply.
